Positive: This was a nice stay in a comfortable apartment a few streets over from Kifissias. It was lovely, accessible, safe, clean, and overall pleasant. It is definitely a great place to stay for any travellers in Athens for a few days; location wise, it has 3 supermarkets across the street and the metro is about 10-15 walking minutes away. The area is not touristic at all, but I consider that a great thing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment had just about anything one could use in the kitchen-- including a frappé mixer! Great if you're a Greek looking to stay in Greece and want your morning frozen coffee (of course, the bakery across the street can oblige as well). Bonus points for the seafood restaurant across the street, too!
Negative: If I could express two complaints, they would be: 1. There was no washing machine, and that was a bit of an issue for me since my stay was a whole week long and involved a small child. However considering how competitively it was priced, I have absolutely no complaints. It's on me for not reading the description carefully enough. 2. I would not recommend walking there with too many large suitcases. The sidewalk was a pain to navigate. Without suitcases, it's a fun stroll to the metro.
Summary: Pleasant, safe, friendly--- Incredible value for money
